Artwork Guidelines

Follow these guidelines to help us produce the best possible print result.

Bleed

Add 0.125 inch (1/8 inch) bleed on every side of all artwork. Extend backgrounds, colours and images fully into the bleed area. Keep important text and logos safely inside the finished trim line.

File setup

Upload a print-ready PDF whenever possible.
Use high-resolution images, ideally 300 DPI at final size.
Convert artwork to CMYK for the most predictable printed colour.
Embed fonts or convert text to outlines before exporting.

Final proof before printing

We will always send you a final proof for approval before your order goes to print. Please review spelling, phone numbers, dates, images, layout and finishing details carefully. Printing begins only after the final proof is approved.
